The Arriva Train app allows you to purchase train tickets and bike tickets for Arriva's trains, as well as commuter cards for both trains and buses in an easy and fast way.

• You can buy various tickets in the app: Arriva Single Ticket, Commuter Card, Arriva YourWay, Arriva OneDay, and Bike Ticket. You also have the option to sign up for PendlerPlus in the app, which is Arriva's benefits program for commuters.
• With the Arriva Train app, you can skip setting aside time during your journey to wait in line at the ticket office or ticket machine, as well as being dependent on the opening hours of sales points. Instead, you can buy your ticket from home or while sitting on the bus on the way to the station.
• To start your ticket purchase, you need to create an account and choose a payment method. You can either choose to pay with MobilePay or a payment card.
• Remember that you must have purchased and received your ticket in the app before boarding the train. You need an internet connection to buy the ticket, but you can still present your ticket without an internet connection. You just need to have completed your purchase and received the ticket on your phone. Make sure your phone is charged for the entire journey so you can show your ticket during ticket inspection.
